This 5 week seminar will explore and teach lessons on the curious mindset, communications, and actions which can materially improve the employee experience. Classes will meet for 2 hours a week of lessons and include a weekly office hour call for check in. Tuition includes all teaching materials, reading links, and homework assignments.
The syllabus:
Week 1– An introduction to Curiosity
Week 2– The Curious Mindset. Topics include developing relationships built on trust and respect, resilient mindset, and leadership thinking.
Week 3– Curious Communications. Topics include giving and receiving feedback, managing difficult communications, and team collaboration.
Week 4– Curiosity in Action. Topics include remote working, business transformation and change management, examining the future of work.
